Mi nombre es: Sergio Sixto Galindo

Originario de Cuautla morelos.

Mi camino en alimentos y bebidas empezó hace 10 años, como ayudante de barra, mesero, capitán de mesero y coordinador de eventos. Pero hace 3 años descubrí que lo mío era estar detrás de una barra.

La primera vez que estuve detrás de una barra fue en Cuernavaca Morelos en uno de los mejores lugares del estado, barba azul, fue tanto el impacto que causó el buen beber en mi persona, que decidí buscar una oportunidad en los mejores bares de México, es así que llegó a Amarula con acento tropical en Cancún Quintan Roo. Más tarde me adoptó “ Nektar at vidanta riviera maya”.

Con el afán de querer aprender más Llegó a varios espacios como:
